Barclays capital analysts drew a new picture of the influence of plane-table computers on the entire market as a whole. To answer the pressure, exerted by  processor producers with ARM- architecture, Intel company  will be able in 2011 after the release of economical processor medfield, which will be used in plane-table computers. For AMD similar solution will become the hybrid processors ontario with x86- compatible architecture bobcat. Reduction in demand on netbook will hurt companies, which generate the specific components: Atheros (Wi-Fi), Marvell (controllers for disk) and Micron (memory ).
