The enterprise Intel and Micron : Intel-Micron flash technologies (IMFT) during May 2010 reported the beginning of deliveries to the clients of integrated microcircuits Flash- memory, prepared on 25- nm technical process. The new representatives of SSD- disk Intel will include three models series X25- M with 160 Gb, 300 Gb and 600 Gb volume, and also SSD  series A X25- V 80 Gb volume. Devices, besides the passage on 25- nm integrated microcircuits, will obtain the support of SATA interface with 3,0 Gbit/ capacities, update controller,  S.M.A.R.T support and possibility of data coding  .
