Gigabyte company brought on IDF 2010 two motherboard on the chipset Intel p67, which will officially appear in the first quarter of next year.
The gigabyte motherboard are calculated for the processors sandy bridge. As is known, these processors will obtain the new design concept LGA 1155 that will make them incompatible with all produced now motherboards .
Gigabyte GA -P67A-Ud7 Model, shown in two upper photographs, has 24- phase power system , four slots for DDR3 memory modules (it support two-channel regime) and seven expansion slots. Four slots PCI express x16 ensure the support of multiprocessor graphic systems in the configurations 3- way SLI and CrossFireX.
This motherboard is equipped with SATA 6 Gbit/s and USB 3.0 ports, and also with two net adapters gigabit ethernet. Furthermore, we should note the application of ultra durable 3 technology (doubled copper layers ) and the presence of power , reboot and CMOS buttons.
Low-end model GA -P67A-Ud5 (two lower photographs), , is mainly characterized by the use of 20- phase power diagram and the quantity of slots PCI express x16 is reduced doubly.
