10 days ago we reported, that Gigabyte is one of the first witch plans to release motherboard with the support of processors Intel, which work at the frequency of system bus 1333 MHz.
Today appeared the possibility to test the engineering model of processor core 2 Duo e6850 (3,0 GHz, 4mb. cache L2) with motherboard gigabyte GA -965P-Ds4 v3.3. Let us recall, that this processor is remarkable by it FSB frequency of 1333 MHz, just as the two additional models, which are prepared for release in the third quarter of the present year, E6750 and E6650. These processors support two update, important for the corporate segment: the new version AMT pro (Intel active management technology, helps to manage, to take inventory, to diagnose and to restore after computers failures, even if they are switched off ) and technology to guarantee the safe access TXT (Trusted execution technology, is also known by name LaGrande). Associate verified this processor only in CPU test from 3DMark 06. Result impresses - E6850 collected 2570 points, which is more, than in any now sold desktop processors.
