OCZ technology group company signed a historical agreement about the acquisition of the South Korean company indilinx, which specializes in the controllers and software for solid-state disks. The purchase, whose cost is equal to 32 ml dollars, will allow OCZ to increase its own presence on the markets for built-in, hybrid and industrial SSD. The absorption Of indilinx will bring OCZ also the intellectual briefcase, which includes few registered patents and claim fors different inventions, which are located on the examination stage  . However, in spite of absorption, Indilinx will continue production and propagation of their controllers among the  suppliers of SSD- disk. OCZ representatives, in turn declare, that its production will also use controllers of other company, for example, sandForce company  . Related Products :
