HCL Company reported about the release of three inexpensive tablet computers series Me: AE 7 A1, AM 7 A1 and AP 10 A1. All devices work under control android 2.2 Froyo. Simplest model AE 7 A1 is equipped with mechanical keys on the front panel, which in the tablets is encountered extremely rarely, the sensory display diagonal is 7 inches, ARM processor, which work at the frequency 800 MHz, adapters wi-Fi and Bluetooth, built-in camera 0,3 Mp, 2 GB built-in memory and 256 MB operational. The capacity of lithium- polymeric battery of tablet  is almost two times more than in the previous model 4200 . AP 10 A1 the most advanced model. is equipped with the dual core processor, which works at the frequency 1 GHz, 1 GB memory and 16 GB flash- memory, capacitive display 10 inches 1024 X 600 pixels, three adapters of wireless connection, including 3G, GPS receiver, web- camera 1,3 Mp. Overall dimensions of HCL Me AE 7 A1 are 205,4 x 110,92 x 14 mm, the mass is 400 grams. AM 7 A1 with the  same diagonal screen is more compact  197 X 126 13,8 mm, mass  approximately 300 grams.
