They will be released in two versions: RV610LE with DDR2 and RV610PRO with memory DDR3. The printed-circuit board of such accelerators will be correspondingly four-layer or six-layer, and their energy consumption will compose 25/35 W. The interface of access to the memory will be 128- bit in more powerful adapters on the base of RV630. They will be released in three versions with DDR4 (128 W), DDR3 (93 W) and DDR2 (75 W). The first models of such products are planned during March, and their mass production is planned on April of the present year. | ||
