Promoting its quite popular tablet Eee Pad Transformer, Asus is focusing on the attractive value of basic configuration. In the fourth quarter this year, tablet with slide keyboard can provide Acer company. A similar product from Asus is called Eee Pad Slider. Acer unit will be equipped with ARM architecture processor and ten inch screen. Acer already adjusted the forecast in terms of tablets production for this year, reducing it from 5-7 million units to 2.5-3 million units.
