The current Intel road map practically do not allow us to doubt that the processors LGA 2011 will be released in October and November this year, and processors Ivy Bridge LGA 1155 - March-April 2012.
In the fourth quarter this year will be presented the processors Sandy Bridge-E LGA 2011 and the accompanying chipset Intel X79. The elder model in the second quarter 2012 will remain the six-core Core i7-3960X with a default frequency of 3.33 GHz and 15 MB cache. In spring 2012 it will be replaced by Core i7-3980X.
Processors Ivy Bridge will be released in March and April, as we reported. It is interesting that in the current quarter to replace the Core i7-2600K may come faster processor generation Sandy Bridge, produced on 32 nm technology. Related Products :
