CPU AMD FX-8150 will be the high end chips, known under the code Bulldozer. Base frequency of eight cores CPU will be 3.6 GHz, support for Turbo Core processor will overclock to 4.2 GHz. This processor was compared to Intel Core i7 2600k.  In the first series of tests both processors operate on the same frequency (3.6 GHz), as motherboard for AMD chip we have ASUS M5A97 EVO . The first benchmark is - wPrime - FX-8150 has completed the 32M calculations in 9,906 seconds, Core i7-2600K took 8,126 sec. Next on the tests Fritz Chess Benchmark - FX-8150 result was 24.47 points, Core i7-2600K ahead with a score of 27.64 points. In 3DMark Vantage FX-8150 was able to score 44,678 points, while Core i7-2600K limited to only 25,070 :  Both processors are working with the graphics card AMD Radeon HD 5970:  In the test SuperPi result was 23,993 against 10,358 seconds (AMD vs Intel ) . In Cinebench benchmark superiority again not in favor of FX-8150, which was able to score only 5.93 points, Core i7-2600K was much more productive and result reached 7.13 points. In AIDA64 Extreme processor Intel revealed the advantage of working with cache:  After the tests at default frequency,the technology Turbo Core was switched on. Additional 600 MHz helped FX-8150 to reach the results of its rival (and in some tests, such as Fritz Chess Benchmark and WinRAR, to surpass it), however, such comparison is hardly correct.
