While Intel scares competitors with its advanced lithographic techniques using three-dimensional transistors structure , which provide two-year advantage over competitors, ARM, Cadence and TSMC companies in a joint press release reported receiving the first samples of processor architecture Cortex-A15, released from 20 nm technology.  This event was preceded by a half years of training. The switching speed of transistors compared to the produced by older technology, has doubled.  Maybe some producer will chooses to sacrifice part of performance, to ensure the reduction of energy consumption.  Processors with ARM-architecture, produced on 20 nm technology will be used in smart phones, tablets, wireless equipment, mobile computers and even servers.  ARM ecosystem includes about 900 companies, so from this proposal will benefit many CPU manufacturers.
