The last few decisions in favor of Apple in different courts could create the impression that the position of the company in patent disputes is indestructible.  This week the court of Mannheim in Germany, consider the dispute between Apple and Motorola Mobility and took the side of the latter. The decision is tentative, but it prohibits the importation and sale in Germany, which is the largest market in Europe, all mobile Apple, which infringed two patents Motorola Mobility, appearing in the case.  In addition, Apple will repair the damage caused by the infringement of patents, for the duration of violations, ranging from 19 April 2003.
