Monster Digital company, decided recently to get in the SSD market with Le Mans series , also try their hand at promoting hybrid drive (SSHD).  In collaboration with Seagate Technology, it will offer upgrade kits for mobile and desktop PCs, which include the SSHD Seagate Momentus XT . Kits will include a series of Dakar and will be offered in two versions - with storage capacity 500 and 750 GB.  Their price is $ 270 and $ 290 respectively.  In addition to the SSHD, a set to upgrade the software included for data transfer, cables, screwdriver and a video guide to upgrading. Momentus XT drive is a hard disk drive, equipped with flash memory, which is used to cache frequently accessed files.  This solution allows to combine advantages of HDD and SSD - high volume and high speed - while keeping prices at an affordable level.
