We already reported some features of Intel chipset Lynx Point , which will make the company to Haswell processors LGA 1150. The digital interfaces for connecting monitors will be implemented directly in the CPU and the chipset will be responsible only for Analog VGA (D-Sub). These chipsets can support up to six ports SATA-600 ports and six USB 3.0, the latter will be flexibly configured.  Improvements included the work with SSDs - both in performance and energy efficiency. Lynx Point chipset will get more compact packaging FCBGA (22 x 23 mm), will improve the performance of energy consumption and heat dissipation.
