The device include 4-inch touchscreen display with support for desktop resolution 1024 x 600 pixels, 1.6 GHz processor Intel Atom Z2460, 1 GB of RAM standard LPDDR2, 16 GB of internal memory, a rear 8-megapixel camera with support for continuous shooting speed up to 10 frames per second and records high definition video as 1080p.
New Santa Clara device will be running an operating system Android 2.3 Gingerbread (soon upgrade to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich).
