After the release of chipset Intel Z68, some motherboard manufacturers have been willing to renounce the use of chipset Intel P67 , which, though had a good overclocking tools are not allowed to work with the integrated graphics processor. Chipset Intel H67, in contrast, has worked with integrated graphics, but does not allow to overclock the processor as Intel P67. In fact, Intel Z68 had to replace the chipsets P67 and H67, combining their best qualities.
When the chipset Intel Z77 appeared , which work with the old-generation processors Sandy Bridge , not to mention the guaranteed support of 22 nm processors Ivy Bridge, the relevance of the existence of Intel P67 CPU has been completely lost. Intel will end the dilevery of P67 chipset up to October 26, 2012, and the last shipment will be made on 5 April, 2013. Obviously, chipsets Intel H67 and Z68 are still in service. Related Products :
