Many AMD processors users are glad with prices reduction but financial analysts continue to note the economic health state of company. ATI Purchase and also the aggressive price war with Intel strongly blew up AMD financial position . Recently appeared rumors about that a certain part of AMD actions can be purchased by one of the important investment companies. But if deal with real numbers, then AMD decreased its forecast on incomes of the current block by 19% in comparison with analysts forecast  : from $1.55 billions to $1.225 billions, . Reason for AMD incomes reduction is the low sale price of  processors and considerably lower sales volumes .. Analysts consider that this can indicate the loss of a certain market share. However, AMD representatives previously declared, that now the company sell more processors in the OEM- segment, so the reduction in retail  sales volumes is not alarming sign. AMD Management decided to conduct a restructuring of expenditures and some operations. Furthermore, the quantity of colleagues will be also limited. Analysts do not exclude the possibility of additional actions with total of $700 mln. to $1.5 billions if AMD decided to go with this step, it must obtain approval at the shareholders, which will takes place in 3 May 2007. The most interesting, that AMD plans with respect to reduction of expenditures produced increase in the actions cost by 5%.
