Transcend company presented the memory module , fully buffered DIMM (FB-DIMM) with 4 Gb volume . The height of those modules, which received designation TS512MFB72V6T- T, do not exceed 30 mm. in the opinion of producer, such memory module are suitable for Intel chipset 5000P/V/X, equipped with the built-in FB-DIMM controller. The installation of 16 modules on 4 Gb allow to bring the summary memory volume to 64 Gb.  Transcend has also more accessible version with smaller volume: TS256MFB72V6K- T (2 Gb DDR 2-667), TS256MFB72V5K- T (2 Gb, DDR 2-533), TS128MFB72V6J- T (1 Gb, DDR 2-667), TS128MFB72V5J- T (1 Gb, DDR 2-533), TS64MFB72V6J- T (512 mb., DDR 2-667) and TS64MFB72V5J- T (512 mb., DDR 2-533). Transcend used ten-layered printed-circuit boards in the construction of those modules . Represented modules are compatible with systems : IBM x3400/X3500/x3550/X3650, HP proliant DL 360 G5/380 G5 and Dell precision workstation 490/690. Related Products : | ||
