Zalman released two models of flash drives - U3M16SLC and U3M32SLC. They use flash memory such as SLC NAND, exceeding the speed of commonly used memory type MLC NAND. The drives are equipped with an USB 3.0 interface, also exceeding the speed of the frequently used interface USB 2.0. The combination of the two factors above allowed us to obtain in the case of U3M32SLC 32GB sequential read speed of 155 Mb / s and sequential write speed of 135 Mb / s. Model U3M16SLC 16GB shows read and write speeds of 100 MB / s. Dimensions of products are 78 x 17 x 8,6 mm. Price of U3M16SLC approximately equal to $ 70, U3M32SLC - $ 110. | ||
