Gigabyte is not widely represented in the notebook market, but this do not prevents designers of the company to experiment with form and content of those devices. Today, the manufacturer announced the mobile computer X11, which is the lightest laptop with 11.6-inch screen (according to gigabyte).

The thickness of the case , made of carbon fiber, not more than 5.16 millimeters, while at the thinnest part value is 3 millimeters. The mass is 975 g , the laptop contains Intel Core-generation Ivy Bridge, up to 4 GB of RAM, solid state drive 128 GB, network adapters, Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n) and Bluetooth 4.0, 1.3-megapixel webcam and two speakers.

External connectors are single-port USB 3.0, one USB 2.0 port and a device for reading memory cards format microSD. The price of the model ranges from $ 1,000 to $ 1,300 without taxes.

Among other new productive model there is also U2442 ($ 1000 - $ 1300) and U2440 ultrabook with the recommended value of $ 699. All of these laptops will be available in summer.
