Hon Hai Precision Industry, not only trying hard to acquire a major stake in Sharp, but gradually assumed control of productive assets of Japanese corporations.  As is known, advanced Sharp Display Products produce LCD in Sakai was taken over by Foxconn, where it owns half of the head stock.  The company even changed their name to Sakai Display Products. The Japanese corporation has to consider the sale of its assets in other companies and the administrative building of its headquarters in Tokyo.  In addition, as reported by reliable sources, they can put up for sale of Sharp factories in Mexico and China.  New owner of the factory will be either Hon Hai Precision Industry, or a joint venture Sakai Display Products. As a result of transformation 3,000 employees Sharp may lose their works, they will join those 5,000 people, which dismissal was promised at the beginning of the month.  In total, Sharp could lose 14% of staff.  Sharp debts totaling $ 16 billion force the company to seek the means  to service existing debt.  The following month, Sharp will negotiate with the two major Japanese banks for additional credit.   Related Products :
