The proceedings between Samsung and Apple in a U.S. court has reached the next subtotal. Unfortunately, Samsung on the court does not receive any compensation, although the company has advanced its own charges to Apple in patent infringement.  The court ruled that Samsung is guilty of patent infringement Apple and must pay the injured party about $ 1.05 billion in damages.  In addition, on 20 September Apple is going to sue out a ban on the sale of certain Samsung smartphones and tablets in the U.S..
