Sony VAIO Tap 20 got a 20 inch screen (1600 x 900 pixels) , the device is more all in one computer than just a sample tablet . However, VAIO Tap 20 is provided with a battery, which gives the five-kilogram device mobility.  At the heart of computer there is an Intel Core third-generation with integrated graphics core HD Graphics 4000, up to 8 GB of RAM and a hard drive with up to 1 TB. Communication with the outside world is possible through a network adapter Gigabit Ethernet port and USB 3.0, and slot for memory cards Memory Stick Duo and SD, 2.1-channel speaker system and a 1.3-megapixel camera. Finally, the model Xperia Tablet S . The new device incarnation received a thin and lightweight design (thickness 8.8-11.9 mm, weight - 570 grams), and Tegra 3 SoC.  The tablet has 1GB of memory, flash storage up to 64 GB, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (a version with 3G), two cameras. Regular battery capacity is 6000 mAh, which ensures up to 10 hours of battery life with included Wi-Fi.  As well as other Xperia product , Tablet S handle water. The device can't survive Dive to the bottom of ocean but the Tablet S can safely take a bath in the kitchen or on the beach. The cost of the available version Xperia Tablet S is fixed at $ 499.
