CPU ARM Cortex-A15 , introduced two years ago, should be available in smartphones this year . According to Mr Bryant :  dual-core products based on Cortex-A15 should be available before the end of the year. Answering the question of why a cell phone need A15 dual core , he said: The two cores are running at a lower frequency, is more energy-efficient than a single core A15, operating at maximum frequency. The dual core processors based on Cortex-A15 will be produced by TI and Samsung.  The first has a 28-nanometer processor OMAP 5, the second - five Exynos Processor, designed to produce a 32-nm process HKMG technology .
