From the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), we learned some details related to the new Android-smartphone from Motorola, codenamed XT890, which is likely to be the model RAZR M. The device may be formally presented as early as this Tuesday, 18 Sept, based on Intel CPU, running at a clock speed of 2.0 GHz, equipped with a display with a resolution of 897 x 540 pixels, has no support for LTE-networks, but will get a dual-band Wi-Fi and 2G/3G modules.
