Small independent provider of server computer memory such as flash modules - Innodisk company  - announced the immediate availability of DDR4 memory modules sample .  According to Innodisk, the world's first new memory modules offered by the company that does not have its own production.  This is a good addition as DDR4 memory modules offer more than a year both the South Korean brand - Samsung and SK Hynix. Supplier too lazy to give a full sample specifications -  DDR4 RDIMM modules for server applications.  The capacity is 4, 8 and 16 GB.  Operating frequencies promise to be in the range 2133-3200 MHz.  But that's for starters.  As the frequency direction will rise above these values.   DDR4 voltage is lower than  DDR3 memory and LDDR3 - at 1.2 V.  Total consumption of DDR4 modules, is low , even when compared with LDDR3 memory by  40%.   Note the deliveries of DDR4 modules sample does not mean their imminent appearance on the market and within systems.  In general, analysts do not believe that the mass start of DDR4 will occur during 2014.  All hopes are connected with Intel Haswell-EX, which support DDR4.  This can happen at the end of 2014, while the client system will start to master the new memory in 2015.
