AMD vice president Lisa Su at a conference in Toronto already showed samples of hybrid processors Kaveri, which must be formally presented later this year.   It is expected that Kaveri processors  will receive up to four cores with the new Steamroller architecture , and the graphics system will be upgraded compared to discrete solutions GCN.  The number of stream processors, graphics Kaveri can reach 512 units, according to unofficial information available.  Kaveri will also support the concept of HSA (HUMA), which equalize the computational cores and graphics system in the possibilities of RAMuse  .  Kaveri processors can use GDDR5 memory  , but it is interesting mainly manufacturers of gaming consoles and other multimedia devices. It is assumed that Kaveri processors  will be able to work in many motherboards after updating the BIOS.    It is possible that Kaveri processors will get special design concept Socket FM2 +. In the near future samples Kaveri go for software developers.  The announcement in the desktop segment is scheduled for the end of the year, and in this generation notebook processor will appear in early 2014.
