Toshiba company has announced the immediate availability of the latest hard drives models and solid state drives corporate level. Announcement of new products took place, respectively, at the end of November and the end of August last year. In August we reported about SSD-drives series PX02SMx . Briefly, we recall that the series will be based on 24-nm NAND-flash eMLC, which means increased resistance. In fabrication process such memory holds up to 30,000 erase cycles. Drive Interface - SAS dual-port 12 Gb / s. Model range - from 200 GB to 1.6 TB. Established read and write speeds are, respectively, 900 and 400 MB / s. The form factor of the new products - 2.5 inches, and height - 7 mm .  New Enterprise HDDs, as well as SSD are focused on the organization of cloud services, the maximum volume in the series is 4 terabytes. This is 3.5-inch hard drives with capacities from 1 to 4 TB.
