In the past month we noted the AGP- version radeon HD 2400 Pro from gecube. Naturally, such video card don't have high operation speed , and many owners of systems with AGP 8x interface would prefer to purchase more productive video card series radeon HD 2600. The AGP 8x support is planned for Radeon HD 2600 Pro witch is characterized from the series radeon HD 2400 not only by the larger quantity of stream processors (120 against 40), but also by the presence of the valuable 128- bit memory system bus instead of the reduced 64- bit. This week in Japanese stores was noted the AGP- version radeon HD 2600 Pro from Gecube. There is no information about this model on the producer site . Frequencies are equal to 600/800 MHz, with 256mb GDDR-2 memory and 128- bit system bus.  Focus attention, this video card uses six-pin power connector , witch is frequently seen in PCI-e 16x graphic card . For the owners of old power units in the complete set with the video card are supplied a special adapter 6 pin to 4 pin ( molex ) .  Here it is possible to reveal the adapters with DVI to D -Sub, cables for connection to the ports S -Video, RCA and RGB (HDTV). Video card support dual-Link and HDCP. Over the long term this video card will be able to propose directX 10 support , when the corresponding drivers will appear. In Japanese stores this video card is sold from $140 and above.
