The Release of chipset AMD RD790 make numerous hopes connected with the appearance of the optimized version crossfire technology, which would allow to unite in one system three video card, ensuring a speeds increase up to 160% (relative to single card). The same chipset could propose to those desiring a motherboard with four slots for graphic card, which allow to use the so called quad crossFire. AMD plans to introduce the support of the new crossFire versions at catalyst drivers level . Already soon AMD video card will learn to work in the regime crossFire with one connecting bridge. In September- October will appear the new crossFire version , which will connect the cards without special connecting bridges. During October will be optimized the video card overclock possibilities united in Crossfire . In November- December will appear the long-awaited drivers, witch will allow to use three or even four video cards to work in crossFire regime not only using directX 9 , but also directX 10. And later will be released the drivers, which expand the crossFire regime possibilities to work with several monitors. | ||
