While devices based on the platform Intel Bay Trail-T are hardly present in the market , there is already information about their successors SoC Cherry Trail-T. New mobile processors will be made on 14-nanometer technology and will operate at higher frequencies than existing Intel SoC . Apart from the new process technology and higher frequencies, Cherry Trail will be allocated a new generation of integrated graphics (Gen8), which will be also prescribed in Broadwell processors. Also, the new platform will support the memory type LPDDR3-1600 and DDR3L-RS-1600, and the maximum supported capacity increase up to 8 GB.
