GeForce 8700 GTS Video card will be based on 65 nm video chip with 256- bit system bus . Standard video card will have eight-layer Textolite, and it will be equipped with 512 mb GDDR- 3 memory with the access time 1.0 ns. Default frequencies, according to some data , will be equal to 740/1800 MHz. The G92 chip will have 64 stream processors. The energy consumption level will lie between GeForce 7900 GS and GeForce 7900 GTX, tentative cost will be equal to $249-299. Paired with the four core processor core 2 Extreme QX6700 (2.66 GHz) , the video card geForce 8700 GTS is capable to collect more than 9700 points in 3DMark'06. Video card on base of G98 chip will operate at 800/1600 MHz frequencies , equipped with 512 mb GDDR- 3 memory with 256- bit system bus, and its energy consumption level is higher than GeForce 8600 GTS. The chip G98 will have 32 stream processors. In 3DMark'06 paired with the processor core 2 Extreme QX6700 (2.66 GHz) this video card will be able to collect more than 7400 points. Tentative price lies in the range from $169 to $199.
