This week we talked about the fast passage of AGEIA company  under NVIDIA. According to interview  with (Michael Steele), Vice President AGEIA on marketing. AGEIA is ready to continue the development of PhysX platform program .But in practice the new owners can have another view to PhysX accelerators . in AGEIA they realize the adaptability of NVIDIA video chip architecture for accelerating physical effects, they have to create only the  appropriate software. Therefore NVIDIA will hardly begin to get rid of the specialized cards on base of PhysX at once. Second crucial point: NVIDIA will try to transform PhysX platform program in open standard, which will be accessible to all games developers  .
