In one Japanese stores appeared the demonstration of Scythe Orochi cooler, where it cooled the four core processor Phenom 9500 (2.2 GHz) in passive regime. Note that Phenom 9500 processor has TDP level equal to 95 W.  Formally this cooler can cool in passive regime only processors with TDP level not more than 65 W for example, the dual core processors series Core 2 duo or Athlon 64 x2. In this case (with Phenom 9500) it was possible to attain a stable works , after installing two fans near the cooler . Under load the processor do not go above 40 degree Celsius.
