For a long time there were rumors that Sony is preparing to release a new version of PS4 console that journalists dubbed PS4.5 and PS4K, as recently revealed that the improved console is codenamed PS Neo.  The new product will be improved  graphics processor and memory. According to rumors,  an updated console Jaguar will get eight cores will operate at a frequency of 2.1 GHz, while the original PS4 they had a frequency of 1.6 GHz.  PS Neo get integrated graphics processor, which will be based on the GCN architecture,  "new generation".   It reported that GPU computing unit 36 receives each of which will stream processor 64 ( 2304 - twice more than the PS4).  This is reminiscent of the graphics processor Polaris 10 "Ellesmere" , which should enter into the Radeon R9 480, and will receive 2304 stream processors.  It is also reported that the frequency of the graphics processor in PS Neo will be 911 MHz. Finally, according to rumors, it will be improved, and memory, although its volume does not change and remains equal to 8 GB of GDDR5, and its effective rate will be increased from 5500 MHz to 6812 MHz.  Memory bandwidth will be 218 GB / s.  It should be noted that the developers will receive an additional 512 MB of memory, most likely due to the optimization of the operating system.  Performance of the new console should be about 4.19 teraflops, which is more than twice the performance PS4 (1.84 teraflops). NEW PS4 will not be replacing - both consoles will co-exist together, and the new game will work on both of them.  So far, the new console will not receive any exclusives.  To ensure compatibility, all new game will have to have two modes: base - to work on the PS4 and Neo reports - For PS Neo.  In the latter case, the game will be able to work with higher resolution at a higher frame rate and a higher image quality.  However, support for 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels) will not be mandatory.
