Kingston has posted on its official website information about the new SSD-drives. It refers to entry-level , series SSDNow UV300, carrying the banner TLC NAND .
According to official specifications, Kingston SSDNow UV400, based on the controller Marvell 88SS1074 and TLC NAND. Similarly, the memory is not specified, but the candidates here are little: 15 nm or 19 nm (unlikely) Toshiba, or 16 nm Micron. The drive made in the form 2.5 "7 mm and is equipped with a SATA interface.
Judging by the speed characteristics, we have again the hardware configuration with SLC-regime, when some of the data is written at high speed. Obviously, we have something similar to the recently tested Plextor M7V (the same controller, TLC NAND and SLC-mode).
