The new updated model asus eee PC 900 will bring a larger screen size, 1 Gb memory and up to 12 Gb solid-state disk - here are is the three basic update. Version with Web- camera will get 1,3 MP against present 0,3 MP. During May this year Asus eee PC will move to the use of intel atom processors (Diamondville). Progressive technical process and low level energy consumption will allow to increase the off-line operation time  - some models can work without recharging up to 8 hours. Power unit in the beginning of April will be updated - it will decrease in sizes and the charging time will reduce . The versions eee PC with preinstalled operating system Windows will be equipped only with 8 Gb disk. Models under  linux will obtain from 12 to 20 Gb disk space. From May all buyers Of eee PC will obtain free 10 Gb disk space. In Q2 2008 Aus eee PC can get the traditional hard disks. Eee PC 900 with 8.9 inch screen will appear during April, for USA the recommended retail price will be $499. During May and June this notebook will obtain new color and different design versions  . According to some data, the cost of processors intel  atom will not exceed 35-50 Euro-, which will allow to create economical inexpensive notebook with different combination . Related Products :
