Six-core servers processors Intel dunnington will be integrated on one chip, produced on 45 nm technology. Three pairs of core will possess 3 mb cache in the second level, and 16 mb cache in the third level .
Here is the image of six-core processor dunnington. Note three pairs of core with their own cache in the second level were arranged in three chip angles , and the general cache in the third level occupies the fourth angle.  Dunnington is the first multicore intel processor with monolithic chip. In the end of this year intel will release four core processor bloomfield, which will have also monolithic chip. They will relate to nehalem generation with more progressive architecture. Obviously, 45 nm technical process economically justifies the creation of multi core processors with monolithic chips.
