Experimental cooler RSD5 has a working surface equal to 15 X 15 mm, which is four times less than some mechanical fans, but in this case it produce three times larger airflow. With the aid of this cooler it is possible to cool microcircuit, which releases 25 W heat. In the course of time such cooler can be integrated directly to the processors. Small overall sizes can be useful in mobile PC and palmtops.
