As is known, in 2006 AMD company  acquired one of the most important graphical solutions producers ,  ATI company. This grand deal, until now is the main reason of all last AMD difficulties . Now AMD became a sequential  target  for absorption :-) . Now and for some strange reason AMD plan to buy another graphic processor producer  . The company name  is not revealed. First, difficulties with the release of last processors models  worsened the company position on this market, whereas the subdivision, occupied with the release of graphic processors, even if it does not have evident advantage over competitors, then at least, it is not inferior . Having all graphical solutions producers  , AMD would complicate life to its basic competitor, witch plan to release a powerful accelerators (project larrabee). But here the question from where AMD will take the money? According to some data, official declaration about the deal can sound already today, on 1 April.
