The revenue from Chinese market in the last quarter for Apple fell by 14%. In general, the Asia-Pacific region became the leader by geographic feature, from which China and Japan were excluded - revenue increased by 20%.
Revenue growth exceeded 20% in the following regions: Brazil, Scandinavian countries, Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe, India, South Korea and Thailand. Slightly less, but by double-digit percentage, Apple's revenue grew in the last quarter in the US, Canada, Germany, Australia, Mexico, Netherlands, Turkey and Russia.
Apple's attention is currently being drawn to the Indian market. Here, not only does the retail network expand and the company's research center is opened. Apple pins special hopes on the rapid expansion of 4G networks in this country, as well as the demographic situation - as we know from Apple's previous quarterly reports, India has a very young population. In addition, it is the third largest smartphone market after China and the US.
