We already reported about some problems with PCI express x16 in intel p45 chipset . As it was explained , some video card can work in those motherboards but in mode PCI express x1. The chipset intel p45 support PCI express 2.0, and motherboard on its base can work with crossfire technology according to PCI express x8 + PCI express x8. Now intel company was able to solve this problem with PCI express operation mode. The new chipset will get the new A2 stepping . | ||
