S3 graphics company announced the discrete graphic processor (GPU) S3 graphics 4300E, intended for built-in systems. The special feature of this gpu is the high performance taking in account the required power. As company asserts, such cards exceed competing products by 30%. S3 graphics 4300E Processor support directX 10.1 and OpenGL 2.1. Furthermore, S3 Graphics 4300E can accelerate decoding h.264, VC-1, AVS, DivX and MPEG-2 HD. This product is equipped with HDMI interface ( HDCP), dual-link DVI and two channels LVDS. Two units RAMDAC ensure connection to CRT displays . S3 graphics 4300E chip is released according to 65 nm standards . It is calculated for clock frequencies 300-600 MHz. GPU is provided with DDR2 and DDR3 memory ( up to 256 MB.). Processor support PCI express 2.0 interfaces (x1, x4, x8 and x16) and PCI express ASPM. S3 graphics 4300E support Windows XP, XPe, CE and Windows vista SP1. | ||
