AMD declared today about its plans to optimize physical effects with havok company ! Let us note that during September last year this company was purchased by intel , and from May this year it began to extend its physical engine free of charge for noncommercial purposes.
It was noted that the physical engine havok is well scaled with AMD processors , especially four core Phenom X4. For this reason AMD will optimize havok under its production. The havok engine will be adapted also for AMD graphic chips . The most interesting, that AMD does not theoretically exclude the possibility for cooperation with NVIDIA and physX use . | ||
