It was considered that Larrabee will have from 16 to 24 core with X86 architecture . In the opinion of intel representatives , this architecture will allow to ensure the wide universality of product, which will operate not only in the graphic sphere, but also in the region of calculations acceleration   . Associates reported a new data about larrabee device  .According to the statements of official intel representative : at the architecture level , Larrabee will be support  64-bit expansions.  Associates report that Larrabee will contain 32 core class Pentium MMX (P54C) with the increased cache volume , the extended 512- bit blocks SIMD and 64-bit expansions support. The cores performance will reach 2 teraflops. This approximately as fast as two Radeon HD 4850 or one R700. Larrabee will be released on 45 NM technical process, the core frequency will reach 2.0 GHz, and the TDP level of the entire graphic card will reach 300 W. Related Products :
