Biostar P45 is one of the best motherboard for overclock.
What is your temp ? cooling ?? etc ?? ,

Same as above join our forum and u will get the expected help , 3 GHz is pretty low for 45 nm processor there should be some wrong settings .

can anyone help me?i am using striker 2 formula.i am using stock cooling.My E5200 idle temperature is 38 while load is 50 when i OCed it to 3.14Ghz with 1.072v.Can i Still oC it?Thanks

Sure yes , u have to boost your vcore to go higher , up to 1.365 v is safe (with sub 71c load) . u can check our forum there is already many thread with E5200 overclocking , or u may open yours
