VIA company has a strategic partner for chipset production , in order to complete with intel atom processors and to collect popularity. It was considered that the strategic partner for VIA will become NVIDIA, which adapts its integrated chipset MCP79 with the single-channel memory controller under the special features of VIA nano (Isaiah) processors . The integrated graphic core will support DirectX 10. Yesterday associate explained, that NVIDIA collaboration with VIA was only a provisional measure, which brings NVIDIA an increase in the market share on the market of integrated chipset . Now NVIDIA searches for the hole segment of integrated chipset with support to atom processors . As first NVIDIA platform for atom processors can be used the chipset MCP73. In the case NVIDIA company can end collaboration with VIA. Let us recall that NVIDIA chipset for VIA nano processors had to appear in the second quarter 2009. | ||
