VIA representatives reported that the scarcity of intel atom processors allow them to sell more processors. VIA Company is ready to be the number 2 in this market segment . VIA expects in the third quarter to increase its income by 50% in comparison with the previous block. The platform VIA PC2500 will be used in a part of terminals, which will find use in Olympic Games 2008 ( Peking ) . Furthermore, in July and August the deliveries volume of Via processor will be increased . In the first five months (2008) , VIA dispatched more processors, than in entire 2007. |
