Last week the new AMD leader noted that the company was interested in the production of processors, capable of composing competition to intel atom. Associate after interview with Nigel dessau from AMD , reported different information about the company plans with respect to the notebook market : at present the company does not have intentions to release special processors. AMD now had a priority tasks. AMD will control the development of notebook market , and in the future it will possibly release such processor. The Specific income from each sold laptop computer is minimal. Even asus can't solve all problems with the components scarcity . Small producers has more problems , and their final benefit will be much lower. Obviously, AMD is guided by these considerations. |
