AMD reported that ATI radeon HD 4800 will allow this compagny to increase it's market share for discrete 3d- card from 30% to 40%. The success of new accelerators allowed AMD to introduce corrections in its plans with respect to the market achievement  . If previously the company planned prior to the end of  year to increase its market share to 40%, then now, AMD hope for 50%. According to the  AMD estimation, this index is actually accessible prior to the end of this year. Next year AMD expects to outdistance its basic competitor, NVIDIA.
